FOW

Yes, it is that time again. Time to announce the fan of the week. This week there were two individuals that showed outstanding performance with their comments. I am pleased to announce Miss Betsy Nicholson and Mr. David Weems as the fans of the week. Both have shown great support for the "Working Days..." blog. For starters, a little bit about Miss Nicholson. Betsy, a newly acquired friend of mine in Atlanta, is a 2003 graduate from the University of Georgia, where she was an active member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She is now currently employed as a Mortgage Consultant at HomeBanc here in the Dirty Dirty. Betsy grew up in Marietta, Georgia with stops in Tampa, FL and Boston, MA. Watching Tivo'd shows, listening to Keb Mo, kick boxing, dominating trivia, and singing karaoke to "Pour Some Sugar On Me" are just a few of her hobbies. I am very honored to have the privilage of knowing Betsy here in Atlanta. On to our second FOW, none other than Mr. David Weems. A long time friend of mine, David spent his childhood days in the stunning city of Jackson, MS. Vanderbilt University was David's first stop on the education map, where he majored in English. After VU David decided he was not through with his education, and now he attends the University of Mississippi where he is a first year law student. Mr. Weems enjoys hunting, commenting on my blog, music, and climbing the water tower by his house in Oxford. A special thanks to David for providing me with some black dress shoes this past weekend b/c I forgot mine. The shoes brought a lot of female attention my way, and definitely enhanced my game with Jackson folk. So, all that being said I would like to congratulate you two fine young people. You are both very deserving of this award.

*On a side note...Special thanks to Alexander Holt of Memphis, TN for being the first person to email Maggie and request egg rolls at her wedding reception.

I'd like to thank God first and my country. During my term as FOW I will vow to solve world hunger and hunt down Osama.

Gray- thank you for making me a true Ghetto Superstar!

Does this mean you are exempt from ever mentioning me in your blog again?

Well my tenure as FOW was a good run. We had some good times and some bad. Included in the bad would be me chanting FOW outside of LWats house. I believe my successors are very deserving and will really expand the role of FOW in the community, nation, and world. One side note... Gray, you must let us know what team name you all decide on for trivia next week. Also let me know if the email over the eggrolls was effective. Peace in the middle east,
~markus

hey fizzer. I cant beleive you havn't shouted out to you late nights in jackson or atlanta or to all of the different girlfriends you have in those cities with the seven illegitamate children running around in the cold parks without a father. It's ok. They will understand that their father doesn't love them.
