Saturday Night
Saturday Night here in Atlanta a group of us went to see the "Beav One Tour" aka Cory Sellers play at a coffee shop off of Shallowford Rd. I must say it was a great show put on by Sellers, and it brought tears to my eyes as memories of past performances at Botcher's flooded my mind. Upon completion of the excellent one man show, we all decided to pack it up and head up to Wild Bill's to do a little dancing and two steppin to Bill Gentry and the 35 Cent Rodeo Band. I must be honest and say that I didn't dance, but I did do a lot of people watching. So, after we all got our fair share of skimpy clothes, underwear shots, love handles, and enhanced women's chests, it was time to call it quits. Brad, Will, and I did meet a new friend at the Mickey D's drive thru off of N. Decatur, while getting some post WB's food. He had two cell phones with over 258 numbers in each. I don't think I know 258 people. I asked how many booty calls he had, and he explained to me that he has been in ATL for 3 days and already has 15 booty calls. I have zero booty calls, and I have been here for 7 months. I must be in need of some lessons on how to obtain a booty call from McDonald Joe from Jersey. He works at Cafe Tu Tu Tango, and if you see me there, then you know I am just getting some pimpin lessons. Anyhoo, back to the Cory's music...I am glad to see that he has extended his touring to the city of Atlanta. I have been to many of his shows and enjoy them every time I see him play. If you have a chance check out his site, link is at top, and see if you can't make a show. I suggest the shows at Eddie's Attic.
